Axelrod Ideas is a service-based advertising and creative agency. We do not sell or ship physical products. All our deliverables are shared digitally through the communication channels agreed upon with the client.

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship, courier, or deliver any physical goods.
All services—including branding, design, production, strategy, creative assets, and digital deliverables—are provided online or through electronic transfer.

2. Delivery Method for Services

Depending on the project scope, deliverables may be shared via:

• Email

• Google Drive or cloud links

• WhatsApp (if mutually agreed)

• Online project management tools

• Video calls / virtual meetings

All delivery timelines are communicated in the project agreement or during onboarding.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on:

• The service selected

• The project size

• Feedback and revision cycles

• Resource availability

Timelines will be shared clearly at the start of the project.
Any delays caused by client-side approvals, feedback, or dependencies may affect delivery dates.

4. International Delivery

Because our work is digital, we serve clients globally.
No shipping charges apply.

5. Non-Delivery Claims

If you believe you have not received a deliverable:
