At Axelrod Ideas, we provide creative, strategic, and digital advertising services. Since our work involves time, expertise, intellectual property, and customised outputs, all services delivered by us are non-refundable and non-returnable.

1. No Refund Policy

Payments made for any of our services—including but not limited to branding, strategy, advertising campaigns, design, social media, production, consulting, and retainer services—are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Upfront payments

• Deposits

• Milestone payments

• Monthly retainers

• Project fees

Once a project has begun or payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No Returns Policy

Our services result in digital and intellectual deliverables (designs, campaigns, content, strategies, etc.) which cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
Therefore, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

3. Project Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service, we encourage you to contact us so we can:

• Review the deliverables

• Understand the concerns

• Provide reasonable revisions if included within the scope of work

• Ensure alignment based on the agreed brief

Please note: Revisions outside of scope or additional changes may incur extra charges as per our commercial policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project:

• Any payments already made remain non-refundable

• Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed in full

• Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the service agreement
