5. Payments & Fees

• All fees are communicated before project initiation.

• Payments must be made as per mutually agreed terms.

• Work begins only after receiving the required upfront payment or retainer.

• Late payments may delay delivery timelines.

6. No Refunds

As stated in our Refund and Returns Policy:

• All payments are final and non-refundable

• No refunds for deposits, retainers, project fees, or completed work

• No partial refunds for cancelled projects

• No returns, as services are digital and non-tangible

7. Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels a project:

• Completed work must be fully paid for

• All paid amounts remain non-refundable

• Additional cancellation charges may apply depending on project scope

8. Delivery of Work

• All deliverables are shared digitally via email, drive links, or agreed platforms.

• Delivery timelines are shared during onboarding and may vary with scope and feedback.

• Client delays in providing feedback, approvals, or content may extend timelines.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Share required content/materials on time

• Respond promptly for feedback

• Respect project timelines

• Ensure they have rights to any content they provide us

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete inputs or slow approvals.

10. Intellectual Property

Work We Create

• All creative work, concepts, designs, scripts, and content remain the intellectual property of Axelrod Ideas until full payment is received.

• After full payment, usage rights transfer to the client as defined in the scope of work.

Restrictions

Clients may not:

• Resell our work

• Replicate or modify assets without permission (unless agreed in writing)

• Claim authorship of work created by Axelrod
